Our Process

Let's talk about your vision
Provide us with motifs, colors, patterns, fabrics, inspiration photos, or just a rough sketch of what you are wanting. We will use the floor plans and design the rug to make sure that it will coordinate with where the furniture is planned to be. We will also make sure there is enough bleed out in manufacturing for the installation process.

We’ll give you options
We’ll create rug designs with different pattern and color options that you can choose from.

Pick & choose what you like
Mix and match the elements that you like and we’ll make a final pattern. Select the placement of colors from our ARS 1,400 wool color pom box.

Sample is Made (4-5 weeks)
The samples come in a variety of sizes (1.5’ x 1.5’ or a 3’ x 3’ or 2' x 4') or any custom size. Extra large samples allow us to "split" them testing different construction and colors for the time of one sample. We will put together a construction diagram so that the rug has the exact aesthetic you’re looking for.

Rug is ordered, shipped and installed. (4-6 months)
We will order and fill out all of the necessary paperwork (including FS610) required for shipping. We will then deliver it and make sure it is installed correctly.
